2. Use License

Permission is granted to use AI Field Test for personal and professional virtual assistant work. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Subscriber Access

AI Field Test is available to registered users. Sign up for free or choose a paid plan at our Pricing page.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to use the tools in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not share your account access with unauthorized users
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the tools

5. AI-Generated Content

The tools use AI to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in professional contexts. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.

6. Usage Limits

Daily usage limits apply to all tools. These limits reset daily at midnight Philippine Time (UTC+8).

7. Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AI Field Test, you consent to such processing.

8. Support Policy

AI Field Test does not provide individual support. We offer:

• Community forums (self-help, no guaranteed response)
• Bug reports via our Contact page (no guaranteed response time)

We do not offer 1-on-1 troubleshooting, live chat, phone support, or guaranteed response times. If you require hands-on support, this service may not be suitable for you.

9. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• You have tested the free plan before upgrading
• Refunds are not available for unused subscription time
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund current period
• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for billing errors

10. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results, income increases, or job placements from using our tools. Results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, and circumstances. AI-generated content requires human review and judgment.

11. Disclaimer

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability
